Personally I sized down to the L in this set as it's quite a generous fit & the pants are very long. I would normally wear an XL or 14. The XL still works, just fits more oversized.

Even in the Large there is lots of stretch to the waistband, and room to roll it down once to shorten the pants. And the top in the L still has lots of room in it & length.
